Cardinals Baseball Tryout Policies 

Tryout fee must be paid in full before the player is allowed on the field.

Tryout fee is non refundable, even if the player chooses not to attend the tryout.

Evaluation is based on skills, sportsmanship, and knowledge of the game.

 

How Teams are Formed:

  1. Players tryout for the team

  2. Coaches evaluate all players and determine who made the team

  3. Coaches contact successful players/parents via phone, offering a spot on the team

  4. Players/parents have 24-hours to accept their spot on the team

  5. Player/parent pays first instalment of their fees

  6. Players who do not make the team will be contacted by the coaches via email after teams are formed

Cardinals Baseball Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds for tryouts.

  • Cardinals Baseball has a tryout process so once teams are picked and spots accepted there will be NO refunds.

 

If the season is shortened or canceled Cardinals Baseball will look at a pro rated refund but is not guaranteed. This will be determined by the executive. Many factors will be discussed like apparel , supplies currently bought and league operation fees.
